Program Objective:

To introduce participants to the core principles and practices of yoga that promote daily physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and inner peace — all achievable through simple, consistent routines.


Program Duration:

  • 5 to 7 days (Flexible: Daily 1 to 1.5 hour sessions)

  • Suitable for: Students, professionals, homemakers, and seniors

  • Format: Can be conducted offline or online, in group or personal settings


Program Highlights:

Day 1: Introduction to Yoga & Breath Awareness
  • Meaning and purpose of yoga in daily life

  • Correct breathing (Pranayama basics)

  • Sukshma Vyayama (light warm-up exercises)

  • Guided relaxation


Day 2: Flexibility & Posture Correction
  • Gentle stretching and spinal movements

  • Importance of correct posture

  • Basic asanas: Tadasana, Bhujangasana, Vajrasana

  • Breathing techniques for flexibility


Day 3: Strength, Balance & Core Activation
  • Asanas for core strength: Naukasana, Phalakasana (plank)

  • Standing balance postures: Vrikshasana

  • Short guided meditation to center the mind


Day 4: Stress Relief & Mindfulness
  • Pranayama techniques: Anulom Vilom, Bhramari

  • Gentle yoga flow for relaxation

  • Mindful body scan meditation

  • Journaling: Noticing physical & emotional changes


Day 5: Energy & Detox Yoga
  • Twisting postures for digestion and detox

  • Surya Namaskar (sun salutation) practice

  • Sheetali / Sheetkari (cooling breath techniques)

  • Tips on yoga-friendly daily routines

Day 6: Emotional Wellness & Self-Awareness
  • Heart-opening postures

  • Chakra-based awareness (intro level)

  • Visualization & gratitude meditation


Day 7: Building a Personal Daily Yoga Routine

  • How to create your own 15–30 min home routine

  • Q&A and personal guidance

  • Final guided full-session flow

  • Certification & group photo (optional)
